Every published ManyRequests plan, read on 28 October 2026, converted to euros, with the Stripe fees and the VAT question that the pricing page leaves out.
No credit card needed · Invoices from your own Moneybird, Mollie or Stripe
ManyRequests publishes its prices, which is more than most tools in this category do. What it publishes is a dollar figure, and a dollar figure is not what leaves your account. Between the number on the page and the line on your bank statement sit three things: the conversion, the seats you add for colleagues, and the Stripe fees you pay on every payment your clients make. This page walks through all three with the figures as they stood on 28 October 2026, so you can price it against whatever else you are looking at. The honest parts are included: where ManyRequests is the better buy, and what this page cannot tell you.
Nothing here is hidden. It is just spread over three pages instead of one, and two of those pages belong to Stripe.
Core reads 59 dollars a month, not 59 euros. Your card issuer converts it and takes a margin on top of the rate, every month, so the euro amount moves even when the plan does not.
Both published plans include one seat. A second person is 20 dollars a month on Core and 30 on Pro. A three-person studio on Core pays 99 dollars a month, not 59.
ManyRequests is clear that it takes no cut: "We don't charge transaction fees. You only pay Stripe fees." True, and it means the processing cost on every client payment is still a line in your budget.
The pricing page shows no VAT and does not say whether any is added. For a Dutch agency that is the one number you cannot work out from the page, so you find it at checkout.
Read off manyrequests.com/pricing on 28 October 2026. The euro amounts are a conversion at the ECB reference rate of 27 October 2026, 1 dollar to 0.89686 euro, and are there for scale only: ManyRequests bills in dollars and your card issuer adds its own margin. Check the page yourself before you sign, because a published price can change the day after it is read.
Roughly 53 euros at the rate above. One seat included, unlimited clients, 1TB of file storage.
Roughly 35 euros a month, so about 18 euros a month less than paying monthly, in exchange for committing to the year.
Roughly 89 euros. One seat included, unlimited clients, 2TB of file storage.
Roughly 71 euros a month, the same 20 dollars a month off as on Core, for the same twelve-month commitment.
Core is 20 dollars a month per extra seat, or 15 paid annually. Pro is 30 a month, or 25 paid annually. Roughly 18 and 27 euros at the monthly rates.
Roughly 22 euros a month per 500GB on top of the plan allowance. The largest single file is 10GB.
Roughly 897 euros a month as a floor, with the per-seat price quoted rather than published.
The pricing page says ManyRequests charges none and that you pay Stripe fees. So the percentage comes off your client payments at Stripe, not off your ManyRequests invoice.
Core at 59 dollars a month or Pro at 99. Paying twelve months up front brings those to 39 and 79, so about a third off on Core and a fifth off on Pro. Both published plans carry unlimited clients, so the plan choice is about features and storage, not client count.
One seat comes with the plan. On Core each extra person is 20 dollars a month, on Pro 30. Count the people who need to be in the tool, not the people in your company, and multiply.
At the ECB rate of 27 October 2026, 59 dollars is about 53 euros and 99 dollars about 89. Your card issuer will not give you that rate. Budget a few percent above it and recheck in a month, because this line moves without anyone changing a price.
ManyRequests collects through Stripe, so Stripe's published Dutch rates apply to the money your clients send you: 1.5 percent plus 25 cents for a standard card issued in the EEA, 2.8 percent plus 25 cents for a premium EEA card, and 3.15 percent plus 25 cents for a card from outside the EEA, with another 2 percent when a currency has to be converted. iDEAL is a flat 29 cents per payment. Those were the rates on 28 October 2026.
The pricing page carries no VAT line, so the only place you will see the final amount is the checkout. Take the invoice to whoever does your books before you commit: a bill from a supplier outside the EU is handled differently from a Dutch one, and that is a question for your accountant rather than for a comparison page.
The part no pricing page prices is reconciling payouts into your administration. If your invoices live in Moneybird and the payments live in Stripe, somebody matches the two every month. On a handful of clients that is an hour. On thirty it is an afternoon, every month.
These are ManyRequests prices, read from its own pricing page on 28 October 2026, not a quote from us. If that page has changed since, the page is right and this one is out of date. Tell us at [email protected] and we will fix it.
The gaps, so you know where to go and ask rather than assuming the answer is here.
Every figure is a published list price on a date. Discounts, annual terms, trial length and what an Enterprise seat costs are all things ManyRequests settles with you, not on its pricing page.
The comparison below deliberately leaves our own figure out, because our pricing is under review and a number frozen into this page would be stale within the month. The prices section further down carries the live entry price and links through to the full table.
We report that the pricing page shows no VAT. What you owe, what you can reclaim and how a non-EU software bill belongs in your books is between you and your accountant.
Core against Pro is a feature decision as much as a price one. Read the ManyRequests feature list for that; this page only takes apart the bill.
ManyRequests bills in dollars. The euro amounts here are the ECB reference rate of 27 October 2026 so you can compare like with like, and your statement will read slightly higher.
Only the parts of a bill that actually differ. The ManyRequests columns are its published figures of 28 October 2026.

A page about a competitor price is only useful if it also says when to pay it. These are the cases where the dollars are the right call and Doorst.app is not.
Read on 28 October 2026, ManyRequests publishes two plans and an Enterprise tier. Core is 59 dollars a month, or 39 a month paid annually. Pro is 99 dollars a month, or 79 a month paid annually. Enterprise starts at 1,000 dollars a month with per-seat pricing quoted on request. Core and Pro both include one seat and unlimited clients, and extra seats are 20 dollars a month on Core and 30 on Pro, or 15 and 25 paid annually.
ManyRequests bills in dollars, so there is no euro price list. At the ECB reference rate of 27 October 2026, 1 dollar to 0.89686 euro, Core works out at roughly 53 euros a month and 35 paid annually, Pro at roughly 89 and 71, and the Enterprise floor at roughly 897. Treat those as scale rather than as the amount on your statement: your card issuer adds a conversion margin on top of the reference rate, and the rate itself moves every day.
No, and it says so on its pricing page: it charges no transaction fees and you pay Stripe fees. The processing cost therefore still exists, it is just billed by Stripe. On the published Dutch Stripe rates of 28 October 2026 that is 1.5 percent plus 25 cents for a standard card issued in the EEA, 2.8 percent plus 25 cents for a premium EEA card, 3.15 percent plus 25 cents for a card from outside the EEA with another 2 percent if a currency has to be converted, and 29 cents flat for an iDEAL payment.
The pricing page shows no VAT and does not say whether any is added, so the published figures are the only ones it commits to. The final amount appears at checkout, and how a software bill from a supplier outside the EU belongs in your books is a question for your accountant rather than for us. We would rather point at the gap than guess at a number.
No. Both published plans, Core and Pro, carry unlimited clients, so the price difference between them is about features and storage rather than client count. The line that grows with your team is seats: one is included, and each extra person is 20 dollars a month on Core or 30 on Pro, less if you pay annually.
Create your workspace, connect your own Moneybird, Mollie or Stripe account and send one subscription invoice from your own administration. The prices section above links through to the live table.
