Connect Doorst.app once. Then ask your assistant what is waiting on a client, turn a call into cards or leave a note on a card, and it happens on the board your client sees.
No credit card needed · Invoices from your own Moneybird, Mollie or Stripe
You already paste call transcripts into Claude or ChatGPT and get a tidy list of to-dos back. Then you open your board and type that list in again, card by card. Connect Doorst.app and the assistant writes those cards itself, on the right client's board, under your name. It works in the one workspace you connected, with your role in it, and it asks you before it deletes a card.
Three requests from a normal week in a studio that runs on AI. You type them the way you would say them to a colleague.
Paste the transcript. The assistant picks out the action items and creates them as cards on Jarola's board, up to 20 in one go, in the column and with the labels you name. Jarola sees them in her portal straight away, so ask for titles a client can read.
The assistant reads the board and lists the cards in the column where you wait on the client, Awaiting feedback for example. You get the answer in the chat without opening Doorst.app.
The assistant adds the comment to card 41, written as you. Say whether it is an internal note for your team or a comment Inez sees in her portal. Ask it to move the card to Done in the same sentence and it does that too.
Eight tools. Anything not on this list, the assistant can't do in Doorst.app.
Every client in your workspace, with the number of open cards on each board.
The columns, labels and categories your boards use, and the team members a card can be assigned to.
The cards on one client's board, narrowed to a column or to cards that mention a word.
One card in full by its number: description, status, priority, labels, assignees, comments and the names of attached files.
1 to 20 new cards on one client's board. The client sees them in the portal straight away.
Changes one card by its number: title, description, column, priority, category, labels or assignees.
A comment on one card, as an internal note for your team or visible to the client.
Removes one card by its number, only when the card's exact title is given too. Your assistant asks you first. There is no trash.
In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector. Paste https://app.doorst.app/mcp as the server URL and click Add. Claude sends you to Doorst.app: log in, pick the workspace and click Allow. On a Team or Enterprise plan an Owner adds the connector once, then everyone clicks Connect and logs in with their own Doorst.app account.
In ChatGPT, turn on developer mode under Settings, Apps, Advanced settings. Then create an app, paste https://app.doorst.app/mcp as the URL and choose OAuth. ChatGPT sends you to Doorst.app: log in, pick the workspace and click Allow. On a Business or Enterprise plan, your workspace admin decides who gets developer mode.
In Doorst.app, open Settings, then AI assistants, and create a token. Doorst.app shows it once, together with the command to run: claude mcp add --transport http doorst https://app.doorst.app/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer <your token>". Paste it in a terminal and ask Claude Code what is open on a client's board.
Any other assistant that speaks MCP over HTTP and can send an Authorization header connects the same way as Claude Code, with a personal token.
The same as you see in Doorst.app, in one workspace. In full:
A connection belongs to the workspace you picked. The assistant can't read another agency's boards or a second workspace of your own.
The assistant acts as you, with your role in that workspace. Every card and comment it writes is under your name.
One tool deletes, and only one card at a time. It needs the card's number and its exact title, so a wrong number deletes nothing, and your assistant asks you before it runs. A deleted card is gone for good, for you and for your client.
New cards and comments that aren't internal show up in the client's portal straight away, exactly as if you had made them by hand.
Remove Doorst.app from your connectors in Claude or ChatGPT. For Claude Code, revoke the token in Settings, AI assistants, and it stops working on the next request. Remove someone from your team and their tokens stop working too.
Solo, Studio and Agency all include it at no extra cost. Every team member can connect their own assistant, and you still pay per agency, not per seat.
The AI assistants section in Settings stays locked for the 14 days of the free trial. It opens once you are on a paid plan.
Each team member connects their own assistant, which then acts with their role. Cards and comments it writes carry their name.
The same eight tools in all three. What differs is how you connect.

You pay per agency, not per user: an unlimited number of team members on every plan. Prices exclude VAT. The transaction fees of iDEAL or Bancontact you pay to your own Mollie, Moneybird or Stripe, exactly as now.
The full comparison of the plans, including any running offer, is on our pricing section.
It is on every paid plan, and this is where it stops today.
For Claude.ai and ChatGPT, no. You add Doorst.app by its URL in your browser and log in. For Claude Code you run one command in a terminal, and Doorst.app gives you that command when you create a token.
No. A connection belongs to one workspace and acts as you, with your role in it. Nothing from another workspace or another agency reaches it.
Yes, unless you ask for an internal note. New cards, changes to a card and comments that are not internal show up in your client portal straight away, the same as when you make them yourself.
Not with a wrong number. It deletes a card only when it also gives the exact title of that card, and your assistant asks you before it runs. There is no trash, so only say yes to cards you want gone.
No. It is included in Solo, Studio and Agency. During the 14-day free trial it stays locked.
Remove the Doorst.app connector in Claude or the app in ChatGPT. For Claude Code, revoke the token in Settings, AI assistants. A revoked token stops working on the next request.
Start the trial, set up your first client board, then choose a plan and connect Claude or ChatGPT from Settings.
